My journey into health and safety is driven by a genuine passion for people and their well-being. I gained my tertiary education in Sport Medicine, before working with sports teams and in the recreation field, I then had a change of industry, where I spent over 6 years as a National Health and Safety Manager in a large, multi-faceted nationwide organisation, and an additional 5 years spent in Project and Contract Management, managing large-scale and high value projects. I've developed extensive expertise. Alongside my work experiences, I also have over 8 years experience in emergency services.

I specialise in creating and implementing robust Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems that not only ensure compliance with ISO and AS/NZS Standards but also foster a culture of continuous improvement. My experience includes guiding organisations through successful national and international HSE accreditation processes, significantly enhancing compliance, operational performance, and overall workplace safety, along with the businesses becoming more attractive and desirable to their target clients in project tender processes. I'm dedicated to building practical, effective systems, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional safety outcomes across complex projects and diverse business operations.
